On May 3 2025, we discovered another site! This one is very big though and we haven’t explored it all yet. From large pieces of petrified wood to a huge bone, this area has a bunch of things to find! There’s petrified wood all over the place and some of the pieces are very pretty. We haven’t discovered any teeth here yet, but that doesn’t mean we won’t in the future. Other people have clearly been to this site since we have found a piece of clothing near somewhat near the large bone.

We don’t know what part the bone is from but it’s pretty big so it’s probably Hadrosaur. There are also a few other fairly large bones around here as well and some really nice freshly eroded bones that are quite shiny. The bone itself is about 12 meters (40 ft) up the hill. As mentioned before, the range of the fossils is very big and we don’t know its full extent yet. There are future plans to go and explore more of it!
